EL test and drive

On Friday 20th of April Scania South Africa had their very first test and drive in the East London in the Eastern Cape region. We invited everyone with a valid driver’s licence to come and test drive our vehicles on a fully closed Border race track. The festivities continued on the Saturday and saw clients, friends and families enjoying a drive behind the wheel of a Scania truck. A hugely successful show for us in this region, as five vehicles were sold over the weekend and one vehicle delivered to a very happy client. The drive and initiative behind our test and drive was to get both the general public and transporters in the area to take note of our presence in their area. With both our Managing Director and Sales Director taking people around the track showed exactly what Scania is about, “a growing family”.
The festivities were enjoyed by all and even the youngsters had a chance to sit passenger for the first time in one of the safest but biggest vehicles on our road today. Keep your eyes on the webpage, facebook page or twitter for where and when the next test and drive will take place.
