Cosatu is hoping the change in leadership at the transport ministry signals good news for e-tolls opponents. President Jacob Zuma has named Dipuo Peters as the new transport minister and detractors of the controversial system are hoping Peters will bring a fresh attitude to the rollout of e-tolls on Gauteng’s highways.
